2. Let's Have Coffee
During our consultation, we will go over all the tiny details that make your wedding unique. Feel free to bring any of your design inspiration such as pictures of your dress and bridesmaids dresses, color swatches, magazine clippings etc. We love to see what inspires you! (Not to worry out-of-towners, we can schedule a phone or zoom date instead.)
3. Review your custom proposal
After the consultation, we will create a custom floral proposal complete with an inspiration board and detailed descriptions of every design element. We are open to any feedback and are available to answer any questions you may have. We build upon and adjust this initial proposal until you decide it's perfect.
4. Book with us
After we get the proposal just right, we will send you the latest version along with your contract. Once you're ready, submit the signed contract with your deposit to make it official!
5. Finalize details
We will keep in contact during the months leading up to your big day. Believe me, we are just as excited about every detail as you are! We will schedule a call a few weeks before your big day to finalize any last minute updates and get together a timeline.
On your big day, we will arrive on site early (coffee in hand) and prepared to create floral magic! We'll have all installations up and ready, centerpieces in place, boutonnieres pinned, and candles lit. After ensuring all decor is in place and seeing your reaction as we hand you your bouquet, we will clean up and head out so you two love birds can fully enjoy and celebrate the darling occasion.
